Terms of service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

About these Terms

GreatWork.ai is operated by AT Global Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to our website, demonstrations and SaaS services, together with the plan, order or written agreement that applies to your purchase or use.

If you use the service for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. The organisation is responsible for the accounts and users it authorises. A separately accepted written agreement governs any specific commercial or service arrangements it covers; these Terms do not replace those arrangements.

Your service arrangement

The modules, users, deployment, configuration, implementation work and support included in your service depend on the selected plan, accepted order or written agreement. Review that information before purchasing or enabling a feature. A catalogue listing or demonstration illustrates possible uses and does not, by itself, add a feature, integration, service level or regulatory commitment to your agreement.

Third-party connections require the relevant provider’s terms, permissions and configuration. You are responsible for deciding whether an enabled connection is appropriate for your organisation and for keeping its authorised use within the agreed scope.

Accounts and administrators

Provide accurate account and business contact details and keep them up to date. Keep sign-in details confidential, use accounts only as authorised and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your organisation’s administrators decide which users can access its workspace and which roles, records and connections they may use. Administrators should review access when responsibilities change and ensure that requests sent to us are made by an authorised person.

Customer data and instructions

You retain your rights in the records, documents and other content that you or your organisation provide. You must have the necessary authority and permissions to provide that material and to instruct us to process it for the agreed service.

You authorise us to handle customer content to provide, maintain and support the agreed service, follow your lawful instructions and meet applicable legal obligations. Where we process workspace information on a customer’s behalf, the applicable agreement and any data processing terms define that processing. Our Privacy Policy explains our general information-handling practices and the distinction between website information and customer workspace records.

Keep the records and copies your organisation needs for its operations and legal obligations. Agree export, return, retention and deletion arrangements for your deployment before relying on a particular offboarding timetable.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within the authority your organisation gives you. Do not use it to infringe another person’s rights, obtain unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, misuse credentials, disrupt the service or bypass agreed access and usage restrictions.

Only submit information needed for the relevant business process. Before using sensitive, regulated or children’s information, assess the suitability of your deployment and agree the necessary contractual and operational arrangements with us. Use fictional or appropriately de-identified information in public demonstrations.

AI-assisted outputs and workflow review

AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Review outputs, sources and proposed actions before relying on them, communicating them to others or using them to change a business record or process. Your organisation remains responsible for the decisions it makes and the instructions it authorises.

Choose permissions and human review steps appropriate to the work. A generated response or workflow suggestion does not replace the judgement or professional review required for a financial, legal, employment, health or other consequential decision. The applicable service arrangement and provider settings determine how an enabled feature handles information.

Fees, payment and changes to your plan

Fees, applicable taxes, payment dates, plan changes, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the selected plan, accepted order or written agreement. Review those terms before committing to a purchase or renewal and contact us if anything is unclear.

Tell us about a billing query using the contact details below and include the relevant order or invoice reference. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords by general email. Any change to commercial arrangements should be confirmed through the applicable order or agreement.

Support, availability and service changes

The support scope, contact channels, maintenance arrangements and any service-level commitments are those agreed for your service. Software and third-party services may experience interruptions, errors or changes. Report an issue with enough information to help us identify it, while avoiding unnecessary confidential or sensitive records.

We may maintain or update the service. Changes affecting your agreed service scope or commercial commitments are handled under the applicable agreement and legal requirements. Third-party features remain subject to their providers’ availability and terms.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain the rights in GreatWork.ai software, website materials, branding and other material we provide, subject to any rights expressly granted in your agreement. Your agreed access permits use of the service for the authorised purposes and users within that arrangement.

Customer content remains subject to the rights described above. Third-party software, materials and connected services remain subject to their applicable licences and terms. Do not remove ownership notices or use another party’s branding without authority.

Suspension and ending a service

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised use, a security issue, a legal requirement or a breach of the applicable agreement. We will communicate with the relevant customer contact where appropriate and explain the issue and the steps needed to resolve it, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.

Cancellation, termination, outstanding charges and any continuing obligations follow the applicable plan, order, written agreement and law. Before closing an account, agree how customer records will be exported, returned or deleted. Retention obligations and deployment-specific backup arrangements may affect that process.

Responsibilities and mandatory rights

Each party is responsible for meeting its obligations under the applicable agreement and law. Any agreed warranties, remedies or allocation of responsibility are set out in that agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right, remedy or responsibility that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or restrict. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and resolving concerns

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first about a concern so that the relevant teams can try to resolve it. Subject to any mandatory legal rights and any separately agreed dispute process, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka that have competent jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, business arrangements or legal requirements change. The page will show its update date. Changes to an existing customer’s agreed commercial commitments are handled under the applicable agreement; a website update does not replace a change process or further acceptance required by that agreement or law.
