Who we are

GreatWork.ai is operated by AT Global Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). Our CIN is U62020KA2026PTC229508 and our GST number is 29ABGCA9604E1ZM. You can contact us about privacy at contact@atglobal.in or +91 70 9222 3000. Our mailing address is A-406, DS-Max Supreme, Uttarahalli Road, Kengeri, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560060.

This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the GreatWork.ai website, product demonstrations, business accounts, support and the SaaS services covered by your agreement with us. Personal information is information that identifies a person or can reasonably be linked to them.

Website information and customer workspace information

For website inquiries, our customer relationships and the administration of services we provide directly, we determine why and how relevant personal information is used. In that context, we act as a Data Fiduciary or controller where those terms apply.

Where an organisation contracts with us to host or process its workspace records on its instructions, we act as its processor or service provider for that processing. The organisation determines the business purpose, authorised users and records entered into its workspace. Its agreement with us, including any applicable data processing terms, defines the processing we undertake for it. Deployment arrangements may differ, including where a customer operates its own infrastructure.

If your information was entered by your employer, a service provider or another organisation using GreatWork.ai, contact that organisation about its purposes and privacy practices. We can help route a request to the appropriate customer contact. This policy does not replace the organisation’s own privacy notice or our agreement with it.

Information we handle

The information involved depends on how you interact with us and which services your organisation uses:

  • Inquiries and correspondence: your name, business email, phone number, company name, selected inquiry subject, message and information you choose to provide when contacting us.
  • Business accounts and administration: information provided to create or administer an account, such as contact details, organisation, user role, sign-in information and account preferences, where those functions are used.
  • Customer workspace records: information your organisation enters, uploads or makes available through its selected modules. Examples include customer and supplier contacts, CRM records, timesheets and rosters, project assignments, support requests, documents, invoices and purchasing records. The selected workflow determines which fields are relevant.
  • Connected services and AI features: information submitted to an enabled feature, selected records made available to it, connection settings and permissions, and resulting responses or workflow records, as applicable to the configuration.
  • Commercial records: business contact and tax details, quotations, orders, invoices and payment-status information where you purchase services from us. Payment information depends on the arrangement used for that purchase.
  • Technical and usage information: information generated when websites or services are used, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, time of access, error information, session identifiers and interactions with features, depending on the service and configuration.

Please provide only information needed for the relevant inquiry or business process. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal records through a general inquiry form. Customer records may contain employment, financial, health-related or other sensitive information; the customer must assess the suitability and lawful use of its chosen deployment before including such records.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss requirements, provide agreed services, administer accounts, support users and manage our commercial relationship. Service and technical information also helps investigate errors, maintain service operation, address misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

When we process customer workspace records on a customer’s behalf, the purpose is to deliver the agreed service under that customer’s instructions. Examples include making authorised records available to workspace users and carrying out the reporting, document or workflow activity requested through the configured service.

Submitting an inquiry is a request for a response and related follow-up. It is not, by itself, a request to receive unrelated promotional messages. Where separate permission is required for marketing or another optional use, that permission must be obtained for that use.

Your choices and permissions

Where processing relies on your consent, you may ask to withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal applies to subsequent processing based on that consent and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Some information is needed to provide a requested function or meet a legal obligation; if you decline it, we will explain any resulting limitation relevant to your request.

Workspace administrators are responsible for the users, permissions, records and connected services they authorise. Ask your administrator about choices within your organisation’s workspace. Do not connect another person’s account or upload their information without appropriate authority.

Connected services and AI-assisted features

The product catalogue includes AI, workflow, reporting, communication and document modules. Availability and data flows depend on the modules, providers and settings included in your service arrangement.

If your organisation enables a connection or AI-assisted feature, the information selected for that function may be processed by the configured service provider to produce a response or perform the requested activity. Provider terms, configuration and the applicable customer agreement determine the relevant handling, retention and permitted use of that information. Administrators should review the provider and permissions before enabling a connection and should limit the records made available to what the task needs.

Contact us about the data handling applicable to a proposed feature before using it with confidential, sensitive or regulated information. A public demonstration should be used with fictional or appropriately de-identified test information, not live customer, employee or patient records.

When information is shared

Information may be made available to authorised people in your organisation and to recipients your organisation selects through its workspace settings or instructions. Depending on the service used, relevant service providers may process information for hosting, technical operation, communications, support, analytics or an enabled connection.

We may also disclose information where required by law or a valid legal process, or where lawful and necessary to address fraud, security incidents or the protection of legal rights. The information and recipients should be limited to what the relevant purpose requires. Contact us for the provider arrangements applicable to your service or proposed deployment.

Third-party services that you visit or use separately have their own privacy terms. Review those terms before providing information to them.

Cookies and website analytics

Cookies and similar browser technologies can support sign-in, session operation and preferences. Blocking them in your browser may affect the functions that rely on them.

Our public website includes Google tags and Microsoft Clarity analytics technologies. Depending on their configuration, these technologies can involve browser identifiers, page visits, device information and interactions with website pages. Website analytics is distinct from the business records your organisation chooses to place in its workspace.

You can manage cookies through your browser and use any privacy choices made available with the relevant service. Where an optional technology requires consent under applicable law, its use must follow that requirement. Contact us if you need information about the technologies active on a particular page or service.

Retention and account closure

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the service arrangement and applicable legal requirements. Relevant considerations include an active inquiry or account, customer instructions, support needs, contractual obligations, statutory business records and the handling of legal claims or security issues. Information should not be retained merely because storage remains available.

For customer workspace records processed on instructions, the applicable agreement and customer instructions govern retention, export, return and deletion, subject to legal requirements. Backup handling and offboarding arrangements can differ by deployment. Ask for the terms applicable to your service before relying on a particular export or deletion timetable.

You may contact us about information that is no longer needed or an account you wish to close. A deletion request may be limited where continued retention is legally required; we will explain a relevant limitation when responding.

Security and service incidents

Protecting personal information is part of operating the service. Security responsibilities and measures depend on the deployment, the information involved and the customer agreement. Customers and authorised users should protect their sign-in details, review access permissions and report suspected misuse promptly.

Report a suspected privacy or security issue to contact@atglobal.in. Include enough information to help us identify the affected service without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive records. We will handle applicable incident communications and notifications in accordance with the law and the relevant service agreement.

Processing locations

Processing locations depend on the deployment and the service providers or connections involved. A connected service may involve processing outside the country in which you use GreatWork.ai. Any applicable restrictions and safeguards for transfers must be addressed under law and the relevant service arrangement. Contact us for the locations and provider information relevant to your proposed deployment before transferring records that have location restrictions.

Privacy requests and grievances

You can contact us to ask about personal information we handle, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Available statutory rights depend on the applicable law and the provisions in force. We will assess a request under those requirements and explain any relevant limitation.

Email contact@atglobal.in with the subject “Privacy request” or “Privacy grievance”. Tell us how you interacted with us and which service or organisation is involved. We may seek information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.

For workspace information controlled by a customer, we may refer the request to that customer and assist in accordance with its instructions and applicable law. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also pursue the remedies available under the law that applies to your request.

Information about children

GreatWork.ai is presented as a business platform. Organisations considering a workflow involving children’s information must assess their legal obligations and agree appropriate arrangements before including that information. A catalogue entry for an education or other industry module does not determine whether a particular use of children’s information is appropriate. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided without the required authority.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will show its update date. Where a change requires a further notice or permission, that requirement will be addressed separately.
