Clarity is used for interaction measurement and session replay, subject to its configuration. BrandAgent provides an interactive website assistant. Chat information and related interaction events from BrandAgent may be shared with Microsoft to operate, secure and improve the service under the applicable provider terms and configuration. The feature may also involve technical requests or browser storage. Do not put passwords or unnecessary confidential or sensitive records into a public assistant.

The following examples were observed during isolated, signed-out visits to the GreatWork.ai homepage on 27 October 2026. They describe that observation, rather than a guaranteed list or lifetime for every visitor. Browser limits, regional behaviour, provider changes, settings and a visitor’s choices can change which cookies appear and when they expire.
