Where Art Showcase fits
Choose a showcase or exhibition and define the information required for each participating work. Agree who confirms titles, descriptive text and approved visual references. Discuss responsibility for preparation tasks, changes to the proposed selection and questions raised by contributors. Review reporting around material awaiting approval and unresolved exhibition arrangements. During setup, confirm the intended handling of images, document references and any public presentation requirements. Keep ownership and usage permissions under the relevant review process so the administrative record explains which material is approved for the planned context.
