Where Solar Hub fits
Map the administrative stages and the information required before a site moves forward. Define who gathers the site brief, reviews the proposal, coordinates materials, and confirms customer communications. Plan how changes in scope or installation dates are recorded and reviewed. During the demo, examine how job records and reports could support those decisions. Confirm any monitoring-device integration or generation-data requirement separately, and base technical suitability, electrical safety, and performance statements on the relevant professional assessment for the actual site.
Practical workflows to discuss
- Prepare a site-enquiry brief for commercial and technical review.
- Coordinate installation-readiness actions across materials and scheduling owners.
- Record a post-installation service request with clear follow-up responsibility.
Plan your setup
- Which site information must be checked before a proposal proceeds?
- Who approves scope changes and revised installation commitments?
- What technical-system requirements need a specialist configuration review?
