What's included
Give an AI assistant a bounded business role
An AI assistant needs a clear assignment and a defined source of information. Start with one recurring staff question or preparation task, such as finding an approved procedure or drafting a summary for review. Identify the people using the output, the information they may access and the person responsible for accepting a consequential recommendation.
Review AI Agent, AI Business Advisor, Internal Knowledge, Smart Reports and Workflow while choosing that first assignment. Distinguish an answer supported by an approved record from a suggestion that needs further checking. Decide how the assistant should respond when information is missing, outdated or contradictory.
The implementation exercise should include difficult examples as well as straightforward requests. Review whether the output identifies the relevant context, acknowledges uncertainty and gives the user a useful next step. Keep a proposed action separate from permission to send a message, alter a record or commit the business to a decision. Agree who reviews failures and how staff report an answer that should not be reused. Use accepted, useful work as the basis for expanding the initial scope.
Clarify three questions before the first rollout: Which information is the assistant allowed to use? Who reviews a consequential output? What should happen when the available evidence does not support an answer?

FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
How long does a typical automation project take?
It depends on complexity. A single workflow can be live in a few weeks. Multi-system projects with AI components typically take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after our discovery call—no surprises.
What access do you need to our systems?
We request only the minimum access required for each integration. For most projects, this means API keys or OAuth connections. We document all access and follow least-privilege principles.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. Everything we build belongs to you. We provide full documentation, and you can maintain or modify the workflows yourself. We’re also happy to provide ongoing support if you prefer.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We don’t disappear after launch. If something breaks or needs adjustment, our team is available to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. We also offer ongoing support and optimization to ensure everything continues to run smoothly as your business evolves.
How do you handle data security?
Absolutely. We’re platform-agnostic and work with whatever tools you already use. If you have preferred vendors or existing technical teams, we collaborate seamlessly.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
That’s exactly what our discovery process is for. We’ll help you identify the highest-impact opportunities based on time savings, error reduction, and strategic value.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
What if we're not sure what to automate first?
Each session is 50-60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
