What's included
Define a custom ERP module around a real decision
A custom module should begin with a business situation that existing records and processes do not describe well enough. Identify the people involved, the decision they need to make, the information they need and the evidence that completes the work. Separate a missing field or form from a requirement that needs a different process or additional software.
Compare the proposed workflow with Custom Field, Form Builder, Workflow, Api Docs and Activity Log. Use a small set of representative records to define field meanings, ownership, validation expectations and the handoffs between roles. This provides a concrete basis for agreeing what belongs in the initial implementation and what can wait.
A useful specification includes exceptions and acceptance examples, not only a picture of the happy path. Describe duplicate requests, missing approvals, corrections and changes in responsibility. Agree how the business will review a proposed screen or record before development proceeds, and what existing data or interfaces the work depends on. Keep a named owner for the requirements so that implementation questions can be resolved without conflicting instructions.
Bring three questions to the workshop: What decision does this module support? Who owns the underlying records? Which examples would demonstrate that the agreed process works?

How we work
A process built for results
Clear milestones, constant communication, and zero hand-waving. Here’s how we get from idea to impact.
Discovery & Success Criteria
We map your current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define clear metrics for success.
Map Workflows + Data Access
We document every step, identify bottlenecks, and determine what data and systems need to connect. No surprises down the road.
Build + Test + Security Review
We build incrementally, test thoroughly, and review security at every stage. You see progress weekly and can give feedback early.
Launch + Monitor + Iterate
Go live confidently. We monitor performance, catch issues, and optimize based on data.

FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
How long does a typical automation project take?
It depends on complexity. A single workflow can be live in a few weeks. Multi-system projects with AI components typically take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after our discovery call—no surprises.
What access do you need to our systems?
We request only the minimum access required for each integration. For most projects, this means API keys or OAuth connections. We document all access and follow least-privilege principles.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. Everything we build belongs to you. We provide full documentation, and you can maintain or modify the workflows yourself. We’re also happy to provide ongoing support if you prefer.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We don’t disappear after launch. If something breaks or needs adjustment, our team is available to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. We also offer ongoing support and optimization to ensure everything continues to run smoothly as your business evolves.
How do you handle data security?
Absolutely. We’re platform-agnostic and work with whatever tools you already use. If you have preferred vendors or existing technical teams, we collaborate seamlessly.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
That’s exactly what our discovery process is for. We’ll help you identify the highest-impact opportunities based on time savings, error reduction, and strategic value.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
What if we're not sure what to automate first?
Each session is 50-60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
